"I have always been a recreational baseball/softball player, playing year after year. I always saw my self as heavy set but didn’t really think much of it. It took one visit to the doctor, and some lab work for him to inform me that I had high cholesterol at the age of 27. I weighed 230 lbs and was wearing a size 38” waist. "I’ve tried just about every “diet” out there, from Weight Watchers and counting calories to Atkins and South Beach. My entire adult life has revolved around restricting how many calories I consumed and needed to burn to compensate, which eventually led to binging because I was starving my body. I spent hours in the gym, running and taking classes but never saw the results I’ve had with Cole and his awesome training!
